Westcon Products have been established since 1994 at our factory, based in Buckfastleigh Devon, where we manufacture quality timber and sheet material components for use in beds, furniture and any associated industry sectors.

Using only the finest quality timber sourced from Scandinavia, Westcon Products manufacture a range of machined, drilled, mitred, planed and shaped components to suit specific customer requirements. The components are often unseen but do not go unrecognised and are suitable for a range of applications.

Whether for new or ongoing designs, Westcon Products are involved in the manufacture of sub-assemblies, which can be produced with a variety of fixings. Using purpose made jigs we can ensure an accurate finish size to meet our customer dimensions.

We produce complete frames, including divan beds, with or without drawers, sofas, and other furniture. Frames are made to exact customer dimensions for them to complete. We also offer design and manufacturing solutions across a wide range of timber related products.
