Westcon Products have been established since 1994 as manufacturers and suppliers of quality timber and sheet material components for use in beds, furniture and associated industry sectors.
In working from raw material to assembled component/complete frames the company procure hundreds of cubic metres of softwoods each month from sawmills in Scandinavia, all using timber from well managed and sustainable forests.
With over 60 years collective experience in the timber industry, Westcon Products have the knowledge to assist and advise on a myriad of product design requirements. The company take pride in their craftsmanship and service to customers providing the heart of products designed for durability and comfort.
Westcon Products are based in a modern manufacturing site in Devon near to major road links. The site has been developed from a woollen mill; a location which allows ease of access and space to grow with the business.
State of the art machinery permits precision manufacturing and, with the organisation being geared up to work to kanban/just in time production requirements or on custom-build projects, Westcon Products have the potential to offer superior workmanship and unrivalled service on specific new or ongoing designs.
In managing their own quality inspections and delivery/transport requirements, Westcon Products can ensure a timely, efficient and effective delivery of finished product direct to the customer’s facility anywhere in the UK.
